DOWNLOADING OUR PRODUCTS
(Please print these for your reference)

Thank you for your order.  All of our products are sold in electronic form only.  Once you download the products, you may print (or photocopy) as many copies as you need - year after year.  Please note that each product page indicates you may "download" the products after your purchase.  The download process is described in detail below.

Within minutes after your purchase, you should receive 2 emails.  One will be a payment receipt (credit card, on-line check or PayPal), the other will include your authorization password and a link to each of the products you purchased.  If you do not receive both emails, check your mail filtering settings and specifically look in any filtered folders (Junk Mail, SPAM, Filtered).  Many online services like AOL, MSN and Earthlink have built in "SPAM" control that will often mistake the confirmation email as junk mail.  (The word "password" and clickable links tend to trigger Junk Mail filters).

IF YOU RECEIVE THE PAYMENT RECEIPT, THEN YOU SHOULD RECEIVE THE PASSWORD EMAIL - THEY ARE SENT AT THE SAME TIME!!!!

If you still cannot find the confirmation receipt in any of these folders, please contact us and we will be happy to resend the password.  However, before doing so, please see this link.  (Click Here)

Once you have your confirmation receipt and passwords, follow the procedure below

The passwords are unique to each purchase and expire after 30 days.  This will give you plenty of time to download your purchase.  (The EducationArt product, which is considerably larger, allows up to 1 year).

1) Click on the download link in your confirmation email.

2) You will be taken to an introduction screen for that product.  READ this screen.

3) As you will see in the introduction screen, you will be prompted for your "Username"
and "Password".  The Username is your EMAIL address.  It must be exactly as you
entered it during your purchase - matching upper and lower case.  The "Password"
will be shown below the link.  The password MUST also match upper and lower case.
The password is a randomly generated set of numbers and letters, so don't expect
it to make sense.  It is simply an access key to download the products.

4) Once you have correctly entered your Username and Password, you will be presented
with a screen to select which type of computer your are using - Microsoft Windows
or Apple Macintosh.  Click on the appropriate link.

5) The file will automatically start the download process.  SAVE the file in a place where
you can easily find the file.  For example on your desktop or in the My Documents
Folder.  You will need to locate this file after you have downloaded it.

6) When the download is complete, locate the file you downloaded and double click on
the icon.  This will extract the unit to your hard drive.

For Microsoft Windows, the files will be placed in a folder named "KCOM" on your "C"
hard drive.  This is done automatically.  To locate the files, open the My Computer
icon and locate the "C" hard drive (may be called a "Local Disk").  Open the "C" drive
and find the folder "KCOM".  The books will be in this folder.

For Apple Macintosh, you will be asked where you want the files to be placed.  Again,
pick a location where you can easily find them.

NOTE:  For both Windows and Macintosh formats, you DO NOT need either WinZip
(Windows) or StuffIt (Mac) to extract the files.  They are in a "Self Extracting" format
and require no additional software on your part.

7) After you have successfully extracted the files, locate the files and double click on
their icon.  All products sold from kinderxpress.com are in Adobe Acrobat format.
You must have the Adobe Acrobat reader in order to open and print them.  If you do
not have Adobe Acrobat, you can download it free from the Adobe web site.  The
link to start this download is:

      http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

8) The first page of each unit includes more details on how to print and use the units.

    Enjoy the units.
